Kentish Town Road is comprised of mixed commercial and residential space. The development has self-contained residential flats on the upper floors and commercial leaseholds owned by third parties on the ground and basement floors. Kentish Town Road was once a rural hamlet which the River Fleet ran through. During the mid-19th century, Kentish Town Road saw a great deal of development owing to the fact that it was a major route through North London.
