Our real estate operations

We believe that the single ownership of the estate affords LabTech the opportunity to create a truly unique working, living, shopping and playing environment centered around Camden’s iconic markets, which in turn improves revenue and creates additional value.

We intend to achieve this through:

  • active asset management;
  • enhancing the yield of income-producing assets by expanding net lettable area and gradually increasing rental income;
  • unlocking the potential of vacant or under utilised space through development such as Interchange, Atrium and the Hawley Wharf development;
  • further acquisitions.
